Vineyard Haven Harbor:

* The lovely view you see is of the Vineyard Haven Harbor, where the ferries come in and out year-round.

* You can even see the ferries coming in and out and the vehicles and passengers leaving and loading onto the boats when they’re docked.

* The short road on the right side is the Beach Street Extension, where you can see the little red house in the area where you enter the Black Dog Tavern with its inviting view!

Downtown VH “5 Corners”:

* Beach Road (bottom left corner) — takes you from VH to Oak Bluffs (middle of the drawbridge is where the town changes from VH to OB)

* Lagoon Pond Rd (left middle) — wraps around the Lagoon

* Beach St (top middle) — brings you first to Main Street VH, then Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Rd., then toward the up-island towns of West Tisbury, Chilmark, and Aquinnah

* Water St (right middle) — leads to VH year-round port for the Steamship Authority

* Beach St Extension (bottom right corner) — Black Dog Tavern entrance

Oak Bluffs/Circuit Ave Webcam

Hit the play button on the video to view live.

Downtown OB at Circuit Ave:

* We’re looking at Circuit Avenue, which is like the Main Street of Oak Bluffs.

* MV Salads starts the shops & restaurants at the left side on the bottom, then you see quite a few others like Black Dog, Beetlebung, Linda Jeans, C’est La Vie, and often you’ll see residents and visitors on upstairs balconies people watching

* Third World Trading kicks us off on the bottom right, and then can you find the giant pencil outside DaRosa’s? Along with Dos Mas and more goodness on that side.

* You can even see the new parallel parking at the bottom of Circuit Ave. Many locals were hesitant about that idea, but it’s done, and we’re getting used to it just fine!

Menemsha Parking Webcam

Hit the play button on the video to view live.

Menemsha Harbor Parking:

* Just before sunset on clear summer days, you’ll see the cars flowing in and out to fill up the parking area.

* The only thing that’s missing? Without sound, you don’t get to hear us clapping for the sunset just as the sun finally makes its way down. (Hint: If you want to SEE the best of the sunset from afar, watch the fishing dock webcam just above this one!)

Gay Head Beach Webcam

Martha’s Vineyard Live Surf Cam

Hit the play button on the video to view live.

Aquinnah/Gay Head Beach:

* This beach feels off the beaten path but is well loved for so many reasons.

* As for surfing? The word amongst surfer friends here is that Long Point is the best spot for surfing on island (limited parking, but it’s open to the public), and Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket are great too but require passes and are a bit more rocky.

Menemsha Harbor Webcam

Hit the play button on the video to view live.

Menemsha Harbor Fishing Dock:

* Tune in right around sunset for an amazing view!

* All day, see the peaceful hustle and bustle of fishermen in and out, right here in our famous little fishing village.

Gay Head Lighthouse Webcam

Hit the play button on the video to view live.

Aquinnah/Gay Head Lighthouse:

* While you won’t get a perfect view of the sun setting at this webcam, you WILL get an amazing vista of the changing colors.

* This is one of many MUST-VISIT spots, and seeing it on video absolutely does not do it justice!

Woods Hole Ferry Webcam

Hit the play button on the video to view live.

Woods Hole Ferry:

* You’re looking at the cars and passengers loading onto and exiting the ferry to and from the Vineyard.

* One thing you can’t see much of (unfortunately for locals!) is just how much of a standby line there is for cars. You can, however, enjoy the epic vista and imagine yourself headed to the island.

* Just BEHIND the webcam view, is the ticket office. When you get off of the bus from the parking areas, to the right of the bus is where you’ll buy your ferry tickets. See you soon!

Vineyard Haven Ferry Webcam

Hit the play button on the video to view live.

Vineyard Haven Ferry:

* The circle for vehicles you see here is our bus loop. So when you hop off of the ferry, if you want to pick up a bus to your final destination, that’s where you’ll get it. Straight ahead and a bit to the right, as you’re getting off!

* You can also, of course, see the ferries coming in and out, with friends coming to and from our beautiful island. Welcome!

Island Alpaca Webcam

Hit the play button on the video to view live.

Island Alpaca:

* This is hands down one of THE most family-friendly places to stop on island!

* During the Ag Fair in summer, you’ll see some of these sweet alpacas getting a nice summer fur-cut, which is as gentle as can be.

* Handy Tip: If the alpacas aren’t chillaxing by the camera when you peek, you can go back through the recording to see them from earlier!

Hope you enjoyed these amazing live vistas… see you soon on island!
